Custom Catering Menu

We can customize a Menu to suit your needs. Normally an upscale catering Menu is $25 a head on up depending on Menu selections. Here is an example of what we mean:

Appetizer course of Melon wrapped prosciutto/brushetta/mushroom crustini w/aioli

Soup course possibly bisque

Salad entrée of mescaline mix with choice of dressing

Entrée NY strip with green beans and brown butter potatoes

Dessert Course of Cheesecake with strawberry coulee & Coffee

The above example would be about 30$a head plus tax and 18% Gratuity.

Pulled Pork with choice of 2 sides 12.99 per person

Sliced Sirloin with choice of 2 sides 14.99 per person

1/2 Roasted Chicken with choice of 2 sides 12.99 per person

Grilled Chicken Breast (2) with choice of 2 sides 12.99 per person

Ribs by the slab 24.99 with sauce

We will provide the warming trays if needed.  Paper products if desired are an additional charge.

We charge for delivery outside of a 5 mile radius.

We require a minimum 2 week notice for orders.

50% deposit required at time of order, balance due day of event.
